Stephen is an experienced executive and non-executive director with a background in corporate finance, M&A, capital raising, and corporate governance.  He currently serves as a Senior Advisor for the global investment bank, Evercore. He is a Non-Executive Director of European Metal Recycling, a world leader in sustainable materials.  Stephen is a Professor in Practice in Finance at Durham University Business School. He is a graduate of the INSEAD International Directors Programme and a Trustee of the London Library.

As a recognized life sciences-healthcare expert, Terri has worked across sectors globally in both public and private domains. Terri is a former Principal of Deloitte’s US consulting practice. Her experience spans complex industry, business, technology, DEI, brand-building, and regulatory imperatives. She has successfully built business units from scratch, has led global organisational and financial restructures driving significant performance improvement, and has piloted innovation and M&A initiatives that have resulted in growth opportunities and competitive differentiation.

David is a non-executive Chairman and NED at a range of public and private businesses. He was previously a senior partner at Ernst & Young (EY), working for over 30 years with growth and entrepreneurial companies on corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, financing, IPOs and other exits.

Professor Ying Cheong is a Consultant Gynaecologist, has worked in many of the UK’s leading IVF clinics and is an expert in fertility surgery and miscarriage. She has led ground breaking fertility research projects to increase understanding of the beginnings of pregnancy. Ying is a Professor of Reproductive Medicine at the University of Southampton, an expert in Fertility Medicine and Surgery, and the Medical Director of Complete Fertility.
