OUR VIRTUAL

INTRODUCTION

OUR VALUES

Shared values serve as the foundation for a strong and cohesive team, guiding decision-making, fostering collaboration, and creating a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and connected.

Courageous Innovation

Science based, patient driven research is our purpose. We have the courage to explore fundamental questions in uterine health, which has long been understudied. We are proud to be changing this by providing data and insights that empower women.

Passionate People

We are open minded, and use our passion to make an impact on women’s health. We understand that lack of data about uterine health can impact women’s choices every day. That’s why we are driven to close this gap and provide knowledge that fuels discussions.

Integrity, always

We embrace doing the right things, the right way. We act transparently with honesty and integrity. Our authenticity determines how we engage with each other, with healthcare professionals, with stakeholders and with the women who seek our help.

Trust as our super power

By nurturing a culture of trust, we empower our team to collaborate openly, innovate fearlessly, and build lasting relationships based on mutual respect and confidence. Our patients and stakeholders trust us to deliver a pioneering technology that advances uterine health.

Why did you join Verso Biosense?

I was recruited into the Company at a time when the product development needed direction to move the product from proof of concept to a CE marked product. When I was introduced to the product and the platform technology it was based on, the prospect of being involved was very exciting. I am a GEEK at heart, someone who loves to solve problems and deliver meaningful solutions. Also, I recognised that the human aspect of the product and the impact it will have on women’s health would make the effort extremely worthwhile and rewarding.

Which Verso Biosense Value do you embody and why?

The culture at Verso has evolved over the years I have been involved and the values capture that culture. I hope I embody all four of the values because it is the combination of all of them that makes us what we are.

Interesting Fact About You:

In my spare time I have fish keeping as a hobby. I started keeping in fish in 2011 after strolling into an aquatics store in a garden centre was immediately fascinated by the different types of tropical fish there were. I currently own two tanks with one being 450 litres and the other being 200 litres. My favourite fish is the Tiger Oscar mainly due to its boisterous nature and also their sulky character which it can be said that this fish has similar traits as me.
