Joseph is a seasoned leader in early-stage company development, specializing in technology start-ups. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Verso Biosense. Previously, Joseph founded ViCentra, where he led the development of an innovative insulin patch pump. His career also includes founding Cellnovo and Starbridge Systems, driving product development and securing critical investments. With extensive experience in biology, advanced engineering and commercialization, Joseph is dedicated to advancing medical technology with an emphasis on customer experience and commercial sustainability.
Executive Director
Nadia is the Chief Executive Officer at Verso Biosense. Under her leadership, the company has expanded clinical trials, accelerated stakeholder engagement and broadened its focus beyond IVF and fertility to uterine health. She also serves as a Board Member for Less Grey Imaging and Presymptom Health, and as an Advisor for Ersel. Previously, Nadia was CEO of Arquer Diagnostics, where she drove the development of non-invasive cancer diagnostics. ver her career, Nadia has lead several successful successful Series A and B fundraising rounds. Her extensive experience includes strategic roles at Tefen & Partners, Alium Medical and Boston Scientific, where she developed a strong track record in managing growth and innovation across various Life Sciences and health technology companies.
Throughout her career, Nadia has pursued excellence by collaborating with exceptional leaders and teams across diverse Life Science businesses, from market leaders to start-ups, with regional, international and global remits. This broad experience has provided her with valuable insights into what excellence means for patients, healthcare professionals, and shareholders. Executive Director
Responsible for the original creation of Verso Biosense in 2015, Charles has overseen the growth and development of the business from inception to commercial launch. This is alongside his role as executive chairman of Roadside Real Estate Plc, and leading family office Tarncourt Group.
Stephen is an experienced executive and non-executive director with a background in corporate finance, M&A, capital raising, and corporate governance. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor for the global investment bank, Evercore. He is a Non-Executive Director of European Metal Recycling, a world leader in sustainable materials. Stephen is a Professor in Practice in Finance at Durham University Business School. He is a graduate of the INSEAD International Directors Programme and a Trustee of the London Library.

Chris has held a long career in healthcare, holding senior positions at Cathay Pacific (Medical Services Manager), Bupa (Head for Healthcare Services), Ascribe PLC (Board Director) and EMIS Group (Director of International Strategy). He is a qualified medical doctor.

Terri Cooper is a 35-year life sciences-healthcare industry veteran with a special passion for women’s health. As a recognized life sciences-healthcare expert, Terri has worked across sectors globally in both public and private domains. Terri is a former Principal of Deloitte’s US consulting practice. Her experience spans complex industry, business, technology, DEI, brand-building, and regulatory imperatives. She has successfully built business units from scratch, has led global organisational and financial restructures driving significant performance improvement, and has piloted innovation and M&A initiatives that have resulted in growth opportunities and competitive differentiation.
Non Executive Director
David is a non-executive Chairman and NED at a range of public and private businesses. He was previously a senior partner at Ernst & Young (EY), working for over 30 years with growth and entrepreneurial companies on corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, financing, IPOs and other exits.

Professor Ying Cheong is a Consultant Gynaecologist, has worked in many of the UK’s leading IVF clinics and is an expert in fertility surgery and miscarriage. She has led ground breaking fertility research projects to increase understanding of the beginnings of pregnancy. Ying is a Professor of Reproductive Medicine at the University of Southampton, an expert in Fertility Medicine and Surgery, and the Medical Director of Complete Fertility.
